Is the starting budget the total cost?
No. The minimum annual budget — from ₹3.58Lfrom $3,588 — is just the starting band. It spins up your operating system: access, seats, API, support, and a starter LU wallet. Above that, you decide the scale. You choose how much to invest in building this year, and the wallet grows accordingly at the same LU rate. Most active brands run ₹6L+$6K+ in their first year. What's the difference between annual upfront and monthly?
Annual upfront: pay the full year upfront and get a 15% discount on every Lab Unit (₹8.50/LU instead of ₹10$0.085/LU instead of $0.10). All LUs unlock on Day 1. Monthly: split the same plan into 12 EMIs at ₹10/LU$0.10/LU. We front-load momentum — 40% of your annual LUs unlock on Day 1 so you can start building immediately, and the remaining 60% releases month-by-month over the year.
What if I run out of Lab Units mid-year?
You can topup anytime at ₹12/LUtopup anytime at $0.12/LU — like loading a wallet. No minimum, no approval delay. The new LUs land in your wallet instantly and are spendable on the same one-click approval flow as the rest. Enterprise topup pricing is custom.
How do I know what each task costs in LUs?
Every task — formulation, compliance scan, prototype, lab work — comes with an LU estimate before it starts. Nothing leaves your wallet without your one-click approval. Live ledger in your dashboard. Physical prototypes start at 5,000 LU and are quoted upfront, every time. See the 5-day sprint →
What happens at the end of my term?
After your term completes — none for Solo, 6 months for Team, 12 months for Enterprise — you can exit anytime. Unused LUs from released installments refund as credit. Future installments stop. Your work products — formulations, compliance letters, lab briefs, label drafts, spec sheets — export with you. The platform's learned intelligence about your brand stays in the platform.
Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-term?
Yes. You can convert your monthly plan to annual upfront at any point — the LU rate drops to ₹8.50$0.085 and any LUs not yet unlocked are released immediately. The 15% saving applies prospectively from the conversion date.
Is there a free trial or free check?
Onboarding starts with a 90-minute Discovery session on Day 1, included with your plan. By Day 14 you have your Brand DNA file. By the end of month one your first product is ready to make.
